Director’s Message

I wish to convey today’s greeting to all honest customers of GAZAR PARTNERS Non-Banking Financial Organization (NBFI), partner organizations, individuals and communities, to all of you for your full and warm support rendered to us.

GAZAR PARTNERS was established on August 9, 2004 in Ulaanbaatar city to run non-banking financial activities under the authorization issued by Bank of Mongolia. Despite the fact that it is one of the newly established non-banking and financial organizations its staff has long work experience in banking and financial sector, more professional expertise, knowledge and capacity in contemporary management issues and this will ensure your trust in us to achieve our mission goals.

The most distinguishing feature of GAZAR PARTNERS is that we provide advisory services and trainings to our customers on topics related how to manage their business and funds at most efficient way, and while utilizing IT progressive facilities we are able to deliver our services related information and updates to our customers with no time and distance concerns through our website exposure.

We invite any one who wishes to cooperate at mutual benefits to enjoy our services provided to improve own income and well being.

*B.Mashbat has graduated School of Economics, Mongolian National University with bachelor degree as banking economist in 1998, completed Master degree studies on Business Administration in School of Economics, Mongolian National University in 2001-2003 and Maastricht school of Management of Holland in 2003-2005. Was in position of credit economist, senior risk manager, Head of department in Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia for last 6 years. Has received professional training in USA, Japan, India and Thailand. Board member of Mongolian Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Micro Finance Organizations' Council under Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Mongolian Bankers' Association and JCI capital Mongolia, the NGO. Has spouse and 2 child.
